In an era when academic leadership is often defined by challenge and change, it is equally important to recognize the profound rewards that come with guiding institutions of learning. This panel brings together Deans from Faculties of Education to reflect on the joys of leadership—the moments of inspiration, collaboration, and impact that sustain their work and shape the future of higher education.
Panelists will share personal insights into the fulfilling dimensions of their roles: mentoring emerging leaders, fostering innovation in teaching and research, advancing equity and inclusion, and cultivating vibrant academic communities. Through stories and dialogue, they will explore how purpose, creativity, and connection transform leadership from a burden into a source of meaning and renewal.
