CSSE R.W.B. Jackson Publication Award

The R.W.B. Jackson Award is awarded for the most outstanding English-language article in each volume of the Canadian Journal of Education

Criteria

1. Importance and originality of the study (conceptual or empirical)
2. Appropriateness of the method.
3. Rigor in working within the chosen research paradigm.
4. Significance of the results.
5. Accuracy/validity and ingeniousness of interpretation.
6. Quality of writing; clarity, elegance.
