The OISE Mentorship Committee is looking for dedicated professionals from a variety of industries to volunteer as Mentors for the OISE Mentorship Program.
Building on the OISE tradition of networking and philanthropy, we are pleased to officially announce our call for Mentors. Consider the following questions:
• Do you enjoy sharing your expertise and experience with passionate individuals interested in a similar career path?
• Are you looking for a way to give back to OISE and stay connected?
• Have you moved away from Toronto, but wish to discuss your research, career, general interests or experiences with those currently enrolled at our Institute?
• Would you like the chance to assist students who are preparing to enter the private or public sector?
As a member of our Mentor and Mentee Team (the “M&Ms”), you can provide insights related to the areas mentioned above and many more. The M&M team will work together from September 2015 until April 2016, during which time you are expected to meet or contact your Mentee(s) at least four times. These learning partnerships are exciting and convenient ways to remain involved with your alma mater.
Thank you in advance for your participation.
Sincerely,
Ashley R. Yoannou, HBA, MT, OCT
