Hello, As a charitable organization that advances education and research in career counselling and career development, CERIC encourages the engagement of Canada’s full-time graduate students whose academic focus is in career development and/or related fields through the Graduate Student Engagement Program (GSEP). We would like to invite you to share this opportunity with your graduate student members and even to consider applying yourself if your academic focus is in this area. Top 5 reasons to join the program: - An exciting opportunity for students to connect and discuss their work, assertions, and challenges with a dedicated community of other students and field practitioners
- A chance to compete for a GSEP Award which provides free registration and up to $1,000 to cover expenses to attend and present a poster at Cannexus – Canada’s largest bilingual Career Development Conference
- Develop professional interests by joining one of CERIC’s advisory committees
- Have an article published in the peer-reviewed Canadian Journal of Career Development, the pre-eminent open access academic journal dedicated to multi-sectoral career development in Canada and around the world
- Write for the CareerWise / OrientAction website, featuring the top career news and views, and the possibility to be displayed in the weekly newsletter
